Quick update, the food still excellent. The green beans are still top notch. The beef roll is also delicious. Fast becoming the go to dumpling place

This restaurant is hidden on Lake Ave located in The Commons. It is hidden in the back right next to Philz Coffee on 929 Shoppers Lane. There Chinese food here is elevated and amazing. My boy friend and I enjoy eating here all the time. And believe me, it never misses. So far we have ordered: - short rib dan mein - dungeness crab fried rice - three cup chicken - mapo tofu with pork - dan chicken - chilli oil pork shrimp We LOVE everything we have ordered from here and have next to try the *shrimp with crab sauce* and the *beef roll*. The food just melts in our mouth. You can really just taste a kick of flavor but in a good way. The staff here are super sweet. Sometimes when we order for pick up, and the staff always gracefully ask if we need any utensils, places, and condiments, and or extra. Very very kind staff. Keep up the great amazing work. This location is awesome!

It's my second time here but I still prefer Din Tai Fung for their XLB Soup Dumplings. The skin is thinner here but less flavorful. The Short Rib Dan Mein was really good though and we could see that every table ordered some form of the Dan Mein. And their string beans are better though than DTF - seems much more fresh, the garlic taste is stronger. The mapo tofu was a bit bland...although it seemed like a very popular dish. The food all took some time to come out so we could tell the dishes were well prepared. It got pretty packed on a Friday evening. Service was good overall but we noticed each server did things differently- no one offered us hot sauce but the table next to us was. Thought that was a bit weird.

Wow. Such diverse, and very clean flavors the definitely satisfy the palette. Chicken three way, Short rib noodles, spicy pork soup dumplings, and spicy chicken dumplings. Staff was great and friendly

This place is not cheap but the food is really good, not greasy and has some of the best garlic green beans and veggies I've ever had at any Chinese place in the area. I like their soups, vegetables and their dumplings aren't bad. Obviously places like Din Tai Fung who specialize in dumplings have better ones but there are serviceable ones here among the other delicious items. I order them for my picky daughter though I would get other things instead. The food is always good, hot and pleasantly served and always looks attractive and fresh. The service is sleek and efficient, like their decor, which is a welcome surprise from the average place. I like this place and it's usually solid and consistent.

Super Tender Oxtail Soup, Fresh and Flavorful! The oxtail soup here is an absolute must-try! The oxtail is so tender and flavorful, it practically melts in your mouth--no effort needed. The broth is rich and delicious, packed with the essence of slow cooking, making it incredibly nourishing. The lunch portion is perfectly sized--just right for a light and satisfying meal. The ambiance is quiet and chill, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy your meal.

Always good. Tasty and well flavored Dan Dan Dan. My go to is always the Dan Chicken fried rice as well as the Dan Mein Noodles. Often with chicken. Occasionally with shrimp. Love the seasoning and each time the service is great I absolutely love the seaweed salad. It has a spicy kick and the flavor is to die for.

My daughter recommended that we go and try this place and I'm glad that we did!! Located around other restaurants. When we entered, they weren't busy so we got a table right away. Before we left, the place was PACKED!! We were lucky to beat the crowd. Many types of yummy food to choose from and it was ALL GOOD. We ordered about five dishes and we finished EVERYTHING. It was the perfect amount for us. The soup dumplings, spinach, beef, noodles all tasted amazing. The waiter was on point. Our food came real fast after we ordered. Nice sitting area inside. I would definitely come back.
